About Mad Chilli Jam
Our Background
Mad Chilli Jam was born out of our love for Chillies, we grow our own and were left with lots of fruit at the end of a season some years ago, at that time we couldn’t find a Chilli jam that suited our taste so ended up making our own! This recipe has been in development for over 10 years and is now at the point where we want to share with everyone else.
The Journey so far
We were super proud and excited that our Cheeky Chipotle won 2 stars at the Great Taste awards in 2024! It’s always been a favourite but to get some industry recognition means a lot.
The range continues to pick up recognition at shows and festivals across the country and we will continue to spread the word about Mad Chilli Jams far and wide in the coming years so come and see us if you can.
