Our aim is to deliver flavour in bucket loads because taste always comes first! All our jams are made in small batches to ensure quality and that taste is always maintained. Each jam should deliver all the fruity flavour of the actual chilli before you get the warmth.

Our Background
Mad Mike’s was born out of our love for Chillies, we grow our own and were left with lots of fruit at the end of a season some years ago, at that time we couldn’t find a Chilli jam that suited our taste so ended up making our own! This recipe has been in development for over 10 years and is now at the point where we want to share with everyone else.
The Journey so far
2023 was a blast for us, lots of shows, new products and some awards!!Following on from a well deserved 3rd for our newest flavour Hola Habanero Amarillo and a 1st for Rebel Reaper, we were super proud and excited that our Cheeky Chipotle won 2 stars at the Great Taste awards! It’s always been a favourite but to get some industry recognition means a lot.
In 2024 we will continue to spread the word about Mad Mike’s from Dorset to Nottinghamshire so come and see us if you can.
